We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the overall planning and delivery of Juniper's Professional Service contract with major customers in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deliverables and project financials, as well as representing Juniper in front of the customer and meeting C-Sat KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of Service Management and tools e.g. ServiceNow
  • Defining roles and responsibilities for the project team and ensuring they are carried out
  • Strong planning skills; can create work breakdown structure, assist in estimation, validate estimate confidence and then consolidate into a schedule
  • Can identify problems, chose and execute a solution, and escalate if necessary
  • Can negotiate for the right resources (people, dollars, equipment, etc.) to be assigned to the project
  • Track record of project achievements and references
