Requirements
- Experience with Ticketing Platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems
- Management of activities according to priorities and SLA
- Active Directory user management (reset password, creation and management of groups)
- Installation, troubleshooting and management of Office 365 tenant
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capacity of network, knowledge of main network protocols
- Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
- Support of video conference devices
- Software troubleshooting
