Requirements

  • Experience with Ticketing Platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems
  • Management of activities according to priorities and SLA
  • Active Directory user management (reset password, creation and management of groups)
  • Installation, troubleshooting and management of Office 365 tenant
  • Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capacity of network, knowledge of main network protocols
  • Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Support of video conference devices
  • Software troubleshooting
