Capio Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide project management services to the client in support of project initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closing activities for multiple projects. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with the Project Sponsor and stakeholders to establish objectives, roadmaps, roles/responsibilities, and visual task backlogs that can be managed through all phases of implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible project management experience managing large scale enterprise information technology (IT) projects
  • 3+ years of experience working on projects involving organizational change management and business process improvement/re-engineering initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale projects using a variety of project management methodologies (traditional/agile)
  • 2+ years of project management experience related to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Project or ServiceNow for the purposes of Project Management
  • Experience organizing and managing agile/scrum projects leveraging tools like MS Teams Planner or ServiceNow Visual Task Boards
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute
  • Current Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM)
  • Experience working in a Higher Education environment
