Project Manager HR Innovation Lab - Projects (ServiceNow HRSD) for AT&S in Kulim, Malaysia. Dedicated expert in HR Data, Processes & Tools to support HR process landscape and handle HR IT projects. Responsible for planning, preparing, and managing HRIT projects, developing and enhancing the ServiceNow HRSD platform, and managing SSC operations.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resources, business administration or related field
• 7-9 years of HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation
• Extensive previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD product ownership (ideally)
• Very strong Change and Project Management skills
• Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
• Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
• Understanding of IT systems landscape
• Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
• Fluent English communication proficiency both verbal and written
