The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering projects that enhance and sustain the Workday ERP platform across the MUSC enterprise. This role supports projects within the Finance, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Security/Technology, and Spend domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Mathematics, or a related field; or at least two (2) years of project management experience in supporting, leading, or coordinating project activities
- Workday project management and business analysis experience highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with diagramming and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)
- Experience using project management tools and techniques such as project planning, risk/issue management, governance, and change control
- Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of the lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
- Experience in budget management and forecasting preferred
- Critical thinking and time management skills with a focus on execution and outcomes
