Project Manager, People & Places

PlayStation is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives enhancing employee engagement with their people processes, workplace systems, and services. This role involves working with HR, Workplace Experience, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful projects, ensuring alignment, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project or program management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong technical acumen with direct system experience (Service Now, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with HRIS and workplace tools (Workday, ServiceNow)
• Fluency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Teams, Slack)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus
