Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Project Manager (ServiceNow) to join their team. This role involves leading ServiceNow projects, managing vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement, and providing technical guidance. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow project management and implementation
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
