Project Manager, ServiceNow Software Projects

AVASO TECH is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow software initiatives. This role involves end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modules and custom solutions, with a focus on scalability, quality, and stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will be part of a team managing agile ceremonies and ensuring projects meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years delivering ServiceNow software projects
• Proven experience managing projects involving Knowledge Base Content Management and CMDB implementations
• Experience leading agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies
• Exceptional communication and technical writing skills
• Strong stakeholder management, budget control, and risk mitigation abilities
