We are looking for a Solution Architect to provide functional and technical expertise to customers on implementing ServiceNow's OT solutions. The role requires the ability to solve customer challenges, provide support during sales cycles, and advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow. The Solution Architect will bring architectural guidance, business acumen, and deep product expertise to our customers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Vast and varied experience across leading Technology software platforms
