• Collaborate closely with solution architects and product management to design scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution.
