ConnectOS is seeking a QA & Major Incident Manager for a full-time position, remote and based in Philippines. The role involves developing and implementing a quality assurance framework, conducting process audits and compliance, managing major incidents, and participating in a 24/7 MIM roster. This is a great opportunity to join a leading IT service management company focused on delivering IT as a Service.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Assurance or Service Management
  • 3+ Years in a Leadership Role
  • Experience with ITIL Processes
  • Experience with Service Management Tools, ServiceNow preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Major Incident Manager
  • Working with an MSP experience is highly desirable
