Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology testing, quality assurance and change management functions
- Three (3) years of experience in a cross-platform Information Technology development environment
- Working knowledge of testing methodology and practices
- Experience with automated test tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong process and gap analysis skills
- Ability to interpret test cases and troubleshoot errors
- Experience with agile, waterfall, and scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and SQL
- Excellent test automation tools like Leapwork or Selenium
- Experience with tracking tools such as ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
