Requirements

• Degree in Economics- or Technology Business/IT or equivalent qualifications
• Solid knowledge of monitoring and service management
• Experience in incident handling and service management
• Safe handling of JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Agile mindset and communication skills
• Experience in (ITIL) Service Management
