We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Rally Application Support Specialist to join our software development operations team.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Rally users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Rally access, permissions, project setup, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance Rally dashboards, custom fields, and integrations with other tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub).

Requirements Summary
2+ years of experience supporting Rally or similar agile project management tools, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
