Reliability Engineering Team Coordinator​

Requirements

• Coordinate daily activities and workflows of the Reliability Engineers team.
• Actively/Proactively lead incident response from detection to resolution.
• Manage schedules for incident response and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Prepare and present reports on team performance.
• Lead post-incident review sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development of training materials.
