Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and 5 years of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design experience.

Requirements

• Retail industry
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5 years of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design experience
• Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
• Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (REST)
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security, and data governance
• Hands-on development experience (ServiceNow Javascript & ServiceNow Studio/App Engine)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (at least one certification is required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
• Bachelors and/or masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering OR related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (SOAP, JDBC, etc.)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience designing multi-instance or global ServiceNow deployments
• Exposure to SAFe Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of complementary platforms (Workday, Azure/Cloud, etc.)
