The Retail Online Production Support Analyst will provide support covering incidents, coordinating IS&T functions, and driving change to build fault tolerance. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
- A keen passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays to provide critical support coverage.
- Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is required.
