Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise IT and OT architectures.

- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Experience configuring ServiceNow and/or third-party integrations.
