As a SACM Analyst in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate configuration information, enforcing policies and procedures, and designing and producing detailed asset reports. You will work with teams across IT and business functions to ensure the CMDB serves as a single source of truth. The role requires analytical skills, excellent problem-solving, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SACM processes within ITIL frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset for interpreting and manipulating CMDB data

Requirements Summary
