We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team in our San Diego office (In office 3 days each week). This role will focus on enhancing in-office collaboration and alignment, managing our Global Sales Operations newsletter, overseeing quote or booking incident reviews and analytics, participating in backlog prioritization, and maintaining process documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Quoting processes and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
