Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to support the Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google) Sales Organization. The role involves driving operational readiness of hyperscaler sales programs, ensuring successful launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Proven program management expertise
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
