Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to support the Hyperscaler sales organization. This individual will drive operational readiness, GTM program expansions, and sales transformation programs to achieve business objectives. The role involves analyzing and resolving operational impacts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving annual planning activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert Microsoft suite skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
