Provide specialized functional support in the SAP IS-U EDM module for stable system operation in the Utilities sector. Attend user requirements and incidents related to energy data, measurements, validations and estimates.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) module, specifically in the EDM (Energy Data Management) sub-module.
- Functional knowledge of the module, analytical skills, incident resolution and technical leadership.
- Experience with ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SolMan).
