We are looking for a SAP FICO Jr. to provide first and second-level functional support in SAP FI module within AMS model, analyze and follow up on incidents, and support configuration and validation of financial processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 1 to 3 years in SAP FI (preferably with CO basics)
- General knowledge of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, reconciliations, and closing activities
- Basic understanding of FICO-SD-MM integration
- Familiarity with ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or others)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL and AMS models
- Desirable exposure to S/4HANA Finance or ongoing training
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication with multicultural teams
- Ability to document, prioritize, and follow up on incidents
- Proactivity, learning attitude, and service orientation
- Collaborative work in 24/7 environments under functional supervision
