Provide functional support to SAP PP, QM, and PM modules within an AMS services environment, analyze and resolve incidents, configure processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Functional experience in SAP R/3 ECC environments.
- Experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) production planning, manufacturing orders, and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Experience in SAP QM (Quality Management) quality management, inspections, and quality control during purchase and production processes.
- Experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) preventive and corrective maintenance, notifications, work orders, and technical equipment management.
- Previous experience in AMS projects, with participation in ticket management, continuous support, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of integration between modules (for example, PP-MM, QM-MM, PM-FI integration).
- Ability to manage documentation and tracking tools (for example: Servicenow, Jira, Solution Manager).
- Advanced English skills
