SAP SD Track Lead

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP SD and LETRA.
• Management and coordination of a team of SAP consultants (SD and related modules).
• Assignment, follow-up and balancing of workloads within the AMS model.
• Supervision of SLA compliance, quality of deliverables, and response times.
• Attention and resolution of complex incidents and requirements in SAP SD.
• Knowledge in configuration, specification preparation, and unitary / integral / UAT test validation.
• Management of ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
• Accompaniment to the team in root cause analysis, documentation, and good practices.
• Effective communication with business, PMs, and technical areas to ensure operational continuity and continuous improvement.
