Deliver functional and technical AMS support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), handle incidents, change requests, and integration issues, configure and maintain standard SuccessFactors-to-SAP and SuccessFactors-to-third-party integrations, manage and monitor SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) interfaces (iFlows) connected to EC.
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience configuring standard SuccessFactors integrations (SFAPI, OData APIs, SFTP-based, Compound Employee, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of core EC processes: employee lifecycle, position management, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with SAP HCM (on-premise) or hybrid ECHCM environments
- Familiarity with ITIL / AMS operational frameworks
