SAP SSFF-EC Consultant Senior

Deliver functional and technical AMS support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), configuring and maintaining standard integrations and ensuring data consistency and process alignment.

Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Hands-on experience configuring standard SuccessFactors integrations
• Solid knowledge of core EC processes: employee lifecycle, position management, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with SAP HCM (on-premise) or hybrid ECHCM environments
• Working knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP On-Preme systems
• Functional understanding of integration triggers, data dependencies, and replication rules
• Close collaboration with the CPI team to validate end-to-end scenarios and ensure data consistency across systems
• Familiarity with ITIL / AMS operational frameworks
• Strong analytical and integration troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination with multicultural teams
• Proactive ownership of deliverables and documentation
• Customer-oriented mindset and adaptability in dynamic AMS environments
• 5+ years in EC configuration and support
• 2+ years in integrations
