The ScienceLogic Engineer will support the SL1 platform, maintain and enhance system features, and respond to customer requests for custom monitoring needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a healthy infrastructure, performing administrative tasks, and providing advanced engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain and support a healthy infrastructure for a highly visible 24x7x365 monitoring environment
- Performs continual maintenance of the SL1 platform and provides advanced solutions for continual and highly complex security, backup and redundancy problems
- Provides and applies advanced engineering to highly complex infrastructures including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
