Staff Employee Relations Advisor & Investigator

Micron Technology seeks a Staff Employee Relations Advisor and Investigator to handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance. The role provides support for HR business partners and frontline managers through coaching and processes, and helps build a culture of respect, integrity, and psychological safety in the company.

Requirements

• Conduct workplace investigations in alignment with global ER policies and procedures
• Respond to team member issues, grievances, and disputes
• Provide ER expertise and consultation on people management challenges
• Plan, develop, and conduct relevant and effective leader training on ER matters
• Plan, implement and oversee team member separations, severance and restructuring activities
