Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
• Several years of practical experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
• Relevant certifications
• Skilled in inspiring, guiding, and motivating teams to achieve their goals within an agile framework
• Proficient in facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Experienced in managing agile IT projects in multinational environments, specifically in areas like data management, warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics
• Strong proficiency in agile tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub)
• Fluent in English, with German or other language skills as a plus, and open to regular international travel to Knauf sites
