We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to support our ServiceNow Development and Support Team. Your exciting tasks will include: Processing ServiceNow end-user tickets, Creating documentation, process descriptions, work aids, and manuals, Participating in ServiceNow development tasks after completed training and onboarding, Supporting ServiceNow development projects (technology, processes).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Office
- IT affinity and enthusiasm for gathering new information, continuously learning and delving into IT topics, and applying this knowledge in daily work
