Deloitte is seeking a SEA IT Intern to provide onsite support and remote support to users in Southeast Asia for audit applications and enterprise IT services. The intern will assist in resolving escalated incidents and manage service requests using ServiceNow. This role is about empowering employees and leveraging their commitment to learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology products, desktop and web applications is a plus.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
