Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in risk management, operational risk or controls assurance within financial services, fintech or another regulated environment
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000, with practical experience in testing, documenting and improving control
- Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting skills with the ability to translate control insights into actionable business recommendations
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively across team
- Familiarity with risk tooling or GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer or Workiva is desirable
