Second Line Controls Manager

Play a key role in shaping how Zip manages risk and delivers operational excellence across a fast-paced, values-led business. Join a collaborative Risk team that partners with the business to embed strong, sustainable controls and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in risk management, operational risk or controls assurance within financial services, fintech or another regulated environment
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000, with practical experience in testing, documenting and improving control
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting skills with the ability to translate control insights into actionable business recommendations
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively across team
• Familiarity with risk tooling or GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer or Workiva is desirable
