Security Applications Analyst

The Security Applications Analyst will support Security leadership in identifying and acting on growth opportunities using a data-driven approach. The role involves providing knowledge and expertise, quality control, and user training resources for one or more applications, such as ServiceNow, Workday, or SDP. The analyst will also serve as an advocate for the security team in the organization, influencing strategic platform development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• 2+ years of supporting ServiceNow, Workday, SDP, ProWatch, Genetec, and KeyWatcher
• Certifications related to Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
• Strong project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel
