Security Automation Engineer

The Dell Security & Resiliency organization is seeking a Security Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable, automated security solutions across its technology landscape.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages, including Python, PowerShell, Bash, and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience and familiarity with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, CSPs (eg., Azure, AWS), Automation tools (PowerAuomate, ServiceNow), Configuration as Code, Policy as Code, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven experience in automating security tasks across hybrid cloud environments, including public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-prem infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration of third-party security tools and services via automation.
• Skilled in applying IaC scanning tools like Checkov, tfsec, OPA/Conftest, and integrating guardrails into pipelines
