This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department needs and beyond, along with ITSM (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) module development and implementation. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, particularly with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Experience developing ITSM modules with ServiceNow (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
  • Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
