This role is for a ServiceNow GDN Consultant, responsible for developing technical solutions and supporting other developers on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate must be adaptable and capable of working under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills. They will be involved in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module.
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.).
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience.
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements Summary
