This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy IT needs and beyond. The position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience with both ServiceNow implementation and development. Requirements

  • Prior experience in ServiceNow tool
  • ServiceNow Integration with various solutions (SaaS, External Apps)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • ServiceNow upgrade skills
  • High-quality technical design documentation
  • Unit test case writing
