Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
 - Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
 - Experience with REST API / webservice / JSON
 - Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with 3+ full implementation cycles
 - Creation of technical design documents and writing unit test cases
 - Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 - Strong understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
