Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with prior experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, strong technical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to join our high-performing implementation team.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Aware of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Agile methodology experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
