The ServiceNow consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions using ServiceNow to satisfy business needs. This role involves developing ITSM modules like GRC, SECOPS, and CSM, as well as implementing new modules. The consultant must work under pressure and maintain strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process.
