Senior Analyst Data Governance

The Senior Analyst Data Governance will manage daily requests from users for Market Data Products and Services, including Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, and Invoice allocations. They will run reports in ServiceNow, create requirement documents, and assist with process enhancement. The role also involves understanding and meeting business needs related to data quality, security and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Excel, and SQL
• Strong understanding of data management principles and data quality frameworks
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate facilitation skills to drive issues to closure
• Understanding of privacy laws and legal entities structure
