Senior Analyst, Payroll Operations

As a Senior Analyst, Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for providing a professional and high-quality payroll administration service, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. You will validate payroll inputs and outputs, administer accurate and timely payrolls, and interact with payroll service providers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Experience in Payroll Processing for a particular region
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across geographies and cultures
• Ability to quickly understand and apply market legislation affecting payroll and statutory reporting
• MS Office expertise
• Working knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing system
• Ability to understand complex payroll environments and uncover issues, process problems
• Strong written and verbal communication, as wells as time management skills
• Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
• Experience in responding to vendor & employee queries through email or ticketing system
• Ability to handle multiple countries with strong prioritization skills
• Ability to make sophisticated situations simple and facilitate clear, fact-based decision making
