Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Senior Analyst, Process Improvement role involves leading process readiness and gap analysis, driving operational efficiency, and implementing reporting improvements to support UEAT Phase 3 migration and merchant onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role
• Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows
• Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements
• Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
• Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers
• Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent
• Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology
• Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
