Canada Life is seeking a Senior Appian Engineering Specialist to manage and maintain their Appian environments. This role involves deployments, patching, upgrades, system monitoring, user access management, and technical leadership. The position requires security clearance and is a key role within a dynamic and growing company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian development and administration.
- Appian Level 1 or higher certification preferred.
- Experience with Appian components: SAIL, Records, Reports, Sites, Process Models, Plug-ins, RPA, IDP, and AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL practices and incident/change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, log analysis, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of networking, SSL, SAML, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
Requirements Summary
