Senior AppOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AppOps Engineer to join our team at ISG. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to ensure our critical applications are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ServiceNow, SmartSource, and Workday
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and system administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Extensive experience with Azure Application Services and Integration Hub
• Solid SQL skills and experience with database management, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, report building, and dashboard creation
• Proven experience with integration technologies, APIs, and web services
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Certifications such as AZ-104, MB-910, DP-300, PL-300, AI-102, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Workday HCM Certification
