We are looking for a Senior AppOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, build, and upkeep of ISG's Finance Systems. The role involves working closely with other technical teams and collaborating with third-party partners to ensure seamless operation and optimization of our EVision Application. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar AppOps roles, with a focus on application support, preferably within ERP applications or similar domains.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Working experience in similar AppOps roles, with a focus on application support, preferably within ERP applications (Business Central) or similar domains.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, with a deep understanding of application architectures and frameworks.
  • Scripting and automation skills is advantageous, with experience in developing tools and scripts to streamline support processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise software systems, such as SmartSource, HR (Workday),
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, APIs, and web services for seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and departments, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn innovative technologies and business processes.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, following agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven experience as an AppOps Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to support, improve and implement complex business applications.
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, for scalable and flexible system architecture.
