Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Centre for IT Services (CITS) is searching for a highly experienced and strategic individual to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for building a robust and resilient IT landscape at NTU.
Requirements
- Architecting the Future: Establishing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework and IT Architecture blueprint.
- Driving IT Governance: Enforcing IT governance principles for compliance, risk mitigation, and investment optimization.
- Enhancing Service Excellence: Leading IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives and obtain the ISO 20000 certification.
- Ensuring Business Continuity: Developing and maintaining IT Business Continuity Plan (BCP) procedures aligned with NTU's overall BCP and ISO 20000/27001 standards.
- Cultivating Talent: Contributing to the IT Capabilities plan and departmental training roadmap.
