We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior HR Operations Specialist to support US HR processes for Spanish-speaking employees and managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience supporting US-based HR processes.
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency; strong English verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong understanding of US HR regulations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in HR preferred.
- HRIS and case management experience (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) strongly preferred.
